2026 Spring Korean Heritage Program
Registration Information
1. Eligibility
- Students
ages 5 through Grade 12 (Based on the program start date)
2. Registration Method
- Online
registration only
- Payment
methods: PayPal or credit/debit card
- Registration

⚠️ Each student must be
registered using their own individual account (ID).
- In
cases where siblings are incorrectly registered due to account confusion:
- The
registration must be cancelled and re-registered after a refund
(PayPal fees are non-refundable) - The
Korean Education Center is not responsible for any issues or delays
resulting from incorrect registration.
3. Registration Opens : Tuesday,
December 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
4. Class Enrollment & Capacity
- All
classes have a maximum capacity of 18 students per class
- Gayageum
(Beginner) and Haegeum classes: maximum of 15 students
- Classes
with fewer than 10 registered students may be cancelled.
5. Korean Language Class Registration Guidelines
- Before
registering, please review the course descriptions and textbook
information carefully to select a class that matches your child’s Korean
proficiency level.
- Class
changes are permitted until Saturday, January 31, 2026, provided that:
- Space
is available in the requested class
- Any
additional shipping or material costs resulting from the change are paid
by the parent
6. Online Class Learning Materials
- In-person
pickup
- Dates:
January 14 (Wed) – January 23 (Fri), 2026
- Time:
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Mail
delivery
- Available
only for students who pay a $10 shipping fee per course at registration
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation
request deadline: Saturday, January 10, 2026
- Requests
must be submitted by email:

- Refunds
will be issued after deducting PayPal processing fees
- All
refunds must be processed through the LA Korean Education Center
- Any
fees incurred through a PayPal dispute or claim are the applicant’s
responsibility
- No
refunds will be issued after January 10
8. Program Schedule
- Class
period: January 24 – May 9, 2026
(15 sessions total) - No
class: April 11 (TOPIK Test Day)
9. Parking Notice
- Parking
congestion is expected during the semester due to scheduled parking lot
repair work at the LA Korean Education Center.
Please plan accordingly.
